BRAND AMBASSADOR
We are looking for interested candidates with SALES and CUSTOMER SERVICE experiences to conduct face-to-face marketing and donor acquisitions for one of our clients. Full and paid training in donor acquisition will be provided.
Role Description:
- The representative will campaign for amazing humanitarian projects, speak with donors, and verify donor information.
- Develop a rapport with clients, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the organization and its brand at all times.
- Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use.
- Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team.
- Familiarize self with current information about projects and campaigns.
- Accurately record customer demographics, or other information digitally or in written form.
Job Type:
- Full Time, Part Time
- Must be available Monday to Friday
- Weekend availabilities provided to trained candidates
- Must be able to work for at least 4-5 days, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 1 PM and 9 PM.
Requirements:
- Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
- Strong verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Willingness to interact daily with clients/donors in public areas and residential communities from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
- Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision.
- Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment.
- A customer service “superstar”.
- History of reliability and dependability.
- Strong ability to communicate over the phone.
- Someone who’s not afraid to do donor acquisitions.
